Application effect of physical and mental touch nursing mode in female thyroid surgery patients
Objective To explore the application effect of physical and mental touch nursing mode in female thyroid surgery patients.Methods A total of 80 female patients who underwent thyroid surgery in the Huaian People's First Hospital of Jiangsu Province from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received routine nursing,and the study group combined with physical and mental touch nursing intervention.Medical coping modes ques-tionnaire(MCMQ),visual analogue scale(VAS),and perception stress scale 10(PSS-10)were used to evaluate the coping style,pain and stress re-sponse of the patients before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the face coping style dimension scoring of MCMQ of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the scores of avoidance and submission coping styles dimension were lower than before interven-tion,and the scores of the study group were higher than the control group,and the scores of avoidance and submission coping styles were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).VAS scores and PSS-10 scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Physical and mental touch nursing mode after female thyroid surgery can effectively improve the coping ability and stress response of patients,and improve the degree of pain to a certain extent.
