摘要
目的 通过数据挖掘技术分析总结治疗癫痫的国家中药复方专利的用药规律.方法 通过国家知识产权局中国专利公布公告官网,检索建库至2023年9月的治疗癫痫的中药复方专利数据,运用古今医案云平台(V2.3.5)对复方药物的使用频次、四气、五味及归经进行统计分析,并进行关联分析、聚类分析、复杂网络分析等.结果 共纳入符合标准的中药复方297首,涉及609味中药.高频药物为天麻、石菖蒲、全蝎、僵蚕、钩藤、胆南星.性味归经方面,药性以平、温、寒、微寒较多;药味以甘、辛、苦居多;归经以肝、心、肺、脾经居多.药物功效方面,清热解毒、息风止痉、息风定惊、平抑肝阳等功效的中药使用频次较高.关联分析提示高频药物组合有"全蝎-僵蚕""僵蚕-天麻"等.药物聚类可将使用频次前20味的中药聚类成5类.复杂网络分析筛选出治疗癫痫的核心组方为全蝎、僵蚕、天麻、石菖蒲、钩藤、胆南星、蜈蚣、远志、甘草、琥珀、朱砂.结论 治疗癫痫的中药复方专利,立足癫痫"风""痰""热"的病机,以发作期清热息风、定惊止痫,缓解期化痰通络,甘温培补为核心治法.
Abstract
Objective To analyze and summarize the medication rules in the treatment of epilepsy by national patent of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription through data mining technology.Methods Through the official website of the China Patent Publication An-nouncement of the State Intellectual Property Office,the patent data of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription for the treatment of epilepsy from the inception to September 2023 were retrieved.The Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform(V2.3.5)was used for sta-tistical analysis of the use frequency,four natures,five flavours,and channel tropism of the compound prescription drugs,and correlation analysis,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis were carried out.Results A total of 297 traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription meet-ing the standard were included,involving 609 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The high frequency drugs were Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Scorpio,Bombyx Batryticatus,Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis,and Arisaema Cum Bile.In terms of nature,flavour,and channel tropism,the drug natures were mainly flat,warm,cold,and slightly cold.The drug flavours were mainly sweet,pungent,and bitter.The channel tropisms were mainly liver,heart,lung,and spleen channels.In terms of drug efficacy,the use of traditional Chinese medicine such as clearing heat and removing toxicity,arresting epilepsy by calming endogenous wind,calming the panic by calming endogenous wind,and calming liver-yang is more frequent.Correlation analysis indicated that the high frequency drug combinations were"Scorpio-Bombyx Batryticatus","Bombyx Batryticatus-Gastrodiae Rhizoma",and so on.Drug clustering can cluster the top 20 kinds of Chinese medicine used frequently into five categories.By complex network analysis,the core prescriptions for the treatment of epilepsy were Scorpio,Bombyx Batryticatus,Gastrodiae Rhi-zoma,Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis,Arisaema Cum Bile,Scolopendra,Polygalae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,amber,and Cinnabaris.Conclusion Based on the pathogenesis of"wind","phlegm",and"heat"of epilepsy,the patent of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription for the treatment of epilepsy is based on the core treatment of clearing heat and calming endogenous wind,calming panic and stopping epilepsy,eliminating phlegm,and clearing collagalors in the remission period,and warming cultivation and toning.
