基于品管圈的早期预警性干预在老年认知功能障碍患者走失管理中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨基于品管圈的早期预警性干预在老年认知功能障碍患者走失管理中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年9月至2023年6月上海交通大学附属上海市第六人民医院老年科收治的150例老年认知功能障碍患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组75例.对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予基于品管圈的早期预警性干预.比较两组干预前后走失情况、认知能力和独立生活能力.结果 试验组走失率低于对照组,走失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后,两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表各维度评分、功能独立能力评价量表各维度评分及总分均高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 基于品管圈的早期预警性干预可有效降低老年认知功能障碍患者的走失率,提高认知能力和独立生活能力.
Abstract
Objective To explore application effect of early warning intervention based on quality control circle in loss management of elderly pa-tients with cognitive dysfunction.Methods One hundred and fifty elderly patients with cognitive dysfunction admitted to Department of Geriatrics in Shanghai Jiao Tong University Affiliated Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital from September 2022 to June 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into two groups according random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.Control group received routine care,while experimental group received early warning interventions based on quality control circle in addition to control group.Loss,cognitive ability and inde-pendent living ability of two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results Loss rate in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and loss time in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Af-ter intervention,scores of each dimension of Montreal cognitive assessment,scores of each dimension of functional independence measure and total score of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and experimental group was higher than control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Early warning intervention based on quality control circle can effectively reduce loss of elderly patients with cognitive dysfunction,improve their cognitive ability and independent living ability.
