Application effect of fun rehabilitation training in patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer disease
Objective To investigate application effect of fun rehabilitation training in patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer disease.Methods One hundred and six patients with Alzheimer disease admitted to Huaian First People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by using random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.Control group received routine nursing in-tervention,while experimental group received fun rehabilitation training on the basis of control group,intervention for three months.Cognitive func-tion and self-management ability between two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,scores of each di-mension of mini-mental state examination and total scores,and scores of each dimension of adult health self-management skill rating scale and total scores in experimental group were higher than those before intervention,and experimental group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fun rehabilitation training applied in the rehabilitation of patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer disease can effectively improve cognitive function and enhance self-management abilities.
