Predictive value of serum miR-92a combined with miR-33a in patients with bladder cancer
Objective To investigate the predictive value of serum miR-29a combined with miR-33a in patients with bladder cancer. Methods The clinical data of 105 patients with bladder cancer admitted to Haian People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from May 2018 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. After two years of postoperative follow-up,they were divided into poor prognosis group and good prognosis group according to the prognosis. The influencing factors of poor prognosis of patients with bladder cancer were analyzed, and the predictive value of serum miR-92a and miR-33a levels for poor prognosis of patients with bladder cancer were analyzed. Results The incidence of poor prognosis in 105 patients with bladder cancer was 36.19%(38/105).The proportion of tumor diameter>3 cm,T2-T4 stage, lymph node metastasis, and low differentiation in poor prognosis group were higher than those in good prognosis group, and serum miR-92a and miR-33a levels were lower than those in good prognosis group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation, and serum miR-92a and miR-33a were the factors affecting the prognosis of patients with bladder cancer(P<0.05).The area under the curve of the combined predic-tion of serum miR-92a and miR-33a for poor prognosis of patients with bladder cancer was higher than that predicted by them alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum miR-92a and miR-33a levels can be used to predict the prognosis of patients with bladder cancer, and the combination of miR-92a and miR-33a has higher predictive value.
