目的 探讨血清miR-29a联合miR-33a对膀胱癌患者预后的预测价值.方法 回顾性分析2018年5月至2020年3月江苏省海安市人民医院收治的105例膀胱癌患者的临床资料.术后随访2年,根据预后情况分为预后不良组与预后良好组.分析膀胱癌患者预后不良的影响因素,分析血清miR-92a、miR-33a水平对膀胱癌患者预后不良的预测价值.结果 105例膀胱癌患者预后不良的发生率为36.19%(38/105).预后不良组肿瘤直径>3cm、T2~T4期、淋巴结转移、低分化占比高于预后良好组,血清miR-92a、miR-33a水平低于预后良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o临床分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度及血清miR-92a、miR-33a为膀胱癌患者预后不良的影响因素(P<0.05).血清miR-92a、miR-33a联合预测膀胱癌患者预后不良的曲线下面积高于二者单独预测(P<0.05).结论 血清miR-92a、miR-33a水平可用于预测膀胱癌患者预后,且二者联合具有更高的预测价值.
Predictive value of serum miR-92a combined with miR-33a in patients with bladder cancer
Objective To investigate the predictive value of serum miR-29a combined with miR-33a in patients with bladder cancer.Methods The clinical data of 105 patients with bladder cancer admitted to Haian People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from May 2018 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.After two years of postoperative follow-up,they were divided into poor prognosis group and good prognosis group according to the prognosis.The influencing factors of poor prognosis of patients with bladder cancer were analyzed,and the predictive value of serum miR-92a and miR-33a levels for poor prognosis of patients with bladder cancer were analyzed.Results The incidence of poor prognosis in 105 patients with bladder cancer was 36.19%(38/105).The proportion of tumor diameter>3 cm,T2-T4 stage,lymph node metastasis,and low differentiation in poor prognosis group were higher than those in good prognosis group,and serum miR-92a and miR-33a levels were lower than those in good prognosis group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,tumor differentiation,and serum miR-92a and miR-33a were the factors affecting the prognosis of patients with bladder cancer(P<0.05).The area under the curve of the combined predic-tion of serum miR-92a and miR-33a for poor prognosis of patients with bladder cancer was higher than that predicted by them alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum miR-92a and miR-33a levels can be used to predict the prognosis of patients with bladder cancer,and the combination of miR-92a and miR-33a has higher predictive value.
