Diagnostic value of signal enhancement ratio of magnetic resonance imag-ing,short length to diameter ratio combined with molybdenum target imaging in axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of signal enhancement ratio(SER)of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),short length to diameter ratio combined with molybdenum target imaging in axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 83 pa-tients with breast cancer admitted to Fuyang Cancer Hospital in Anhui Province from October 2020 to April 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients received dynamic enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI),molybdenum imaging and pathological examination, and they were divided into lymph node metastasis group and lymph node non-metastasis group according to the pathological diagnosis results. The short length to diameter ratio and SER of the two groups were compared to analyze the consistency of MRI and molybdenum imaging and pathology in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Results There were 44 cases with axillary lymph node metastasis and 39 cases without axillary lymph node metastasis. The short length to diameter ratio of lymph node metastasis group was lower than that of the lymph node non-metastasis group(P<0.05),and SER was higher than that lymph node non-metastasis group(P<0.05).With pathological diagnosis as the"gold standard",the total coincidence rates of MRI,molybdenum imaging, and MRI combined with molybdenum imaging in the diagnosis of breast cancer axillary lymph node metastasis and pathological diagnosis were 75.90%(63/83),63.86%(53/83),and 93.98%(78/83),respectively.After Kappa consistency test,Kappa=0.761,0.682,0.869(P<0.05),molybdenum imaging had general consistency with pathological diagnosis,MRI and MRI combined with molybdenum imaging had good consistency with pathological diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Conclusion MRI and molybdenum imaging have good value in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer, and the combination of the two has higher diagnostic value.
