Application of refined management based on COM-B model in patients with preeclampsia
Objective To explore the application effect of refined management based on capacity,opportunity,motivation-behavior(COM-B)model in patients with preeclampsia. Methods A total of 120 patients with preeclampsia admitted to Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Hebei Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group using random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while observation group received refined management based on COM-B model on the basis of control group. Both groups were cared for until the patients were discharged after delivery.Blood pressure levels and quality of life(generic quality of life inventory-74[GQOLI-74])before and after nursing were compared between two groups;the postpartum recovery and blood loss were compared between two groups;and pregnancy outcome and neonatal asphyxia were compared between two groups. Results After nursing, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of two groups were lower than before nursing, and those in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of uterine contractions and blood pressure control in observation group was shorter than that in control group, and the postpartum blood loss was less than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy and the incidence cesarean section in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The neona-tal asphyxia in observation group was better than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,GQOLI-74 scores of two groups were increased, and those in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The refine management based on COM-B model has a good nursing effect for patients with preeclampsia.
