Application of multivariate training based on planned behavior theory in postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation of primiparous women after natural childbirth
Objective To explore application effect of multivariate training based on planned behavior theory in postpartum pelvic floor rehabilita-tion of primiparous women after natural childbirth. Methods A total of 128 primipara received natural delivery from January to October 2023 in Af-filiated Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University were selected as study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 64 cases in each group.Forty-two days after delivery, control group was given multiple training, and observation group was given multivariate training based on planned behavior theory, and intervention lasted for one month.Healthy self-management ability, pelvic floor rehabilitation and urinary incontinence between two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, scores of adult health self-management ability assessment scale and muscle strength of class Ⅰ and Ⅱ muscle fibers in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, incidence rates of urinary incontinence in two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multivariate training based on planned behavior theory can improve self-management ability of primiparous women after natural childbirth, and help promote pelvic floor function recovery.
