Effect of nursing model based on nurse-patient emotional interaction on patients with gynecological benign tumors undergoing laparoscopic surgery
Objective To observe effect of nursing model based on nurse-patient emotional interaction on patients with gynecological benign tu-mors undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods Ninety-two patients with gynecological benign tumors undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Navy Anqing Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Control group took routine perioperative nursing,and observation group took nursing model based on nurse-patient emotional interaction.Mood state,self-care ability and quality of life between two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After in-tervention,scores of all dimensions of exercise of self-care agency scale in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in ob-servation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,physiology and psychology scores and total scores of World Health Organization quality of life questionnaire in two groups were higher than those before interven-tion,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing model based on nurse-patient emotional interaction can alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with gynecological benign tumors un-dergoing laparoscopic surgery,enhance self-care ability,and improve quality of life.
