摘要
基于"虚气留滞"理论,深入探讨王云铭关于卵巢储备功能减退所致不孕的病因病机认识及运用药对的治疗经验.王云铭认为,卵巢储备功能减退所致不孕的基本病机是以肾虚为本,瘀阻胞脉胞络为标,与"虚气留滞"学说相一致.治疗上,王云铭着眼于"补虚畅络"的核心治则,运用诸多药对,灵活配伍,主张益肾填精、益气固本以补其虚,活血化瘀、行气开郁、化痰祛湿以畅胞脉、胞络,临床上辨证施治,分期治疗,灵活应用药对,卓有效果.
Abstract
Based on the theory of"deficiency qi stagnation",this paper discusses Wang Yunming's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of infertility caused by diminished ovarian reserve and his treatment experience of using couplet medicines.Wang Yunming believes that the basic pathogenesis of infertility caused by diminished ova-rian reserve is based on kidney deficiency,with blood stasis blocking cells and collaterals as the standard,which is consistent with the theory of"deficiency qi stagnation".In the treatment,Wang Yunming focus on the core treatment princi-ple"restore deficiency and unobstructed vessels",using many couplet medicines and flexible compatibility,advocating that tonifying kidney and filling essence,benefiting qi and consolidating body resistance to restore deficiency,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,activating qi to open depression,eliminating phlegm and dampness to regulate uterine vessels and uterine collaterals,clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation,treatment by stages,flexible application of couplet medicines.The clinical effect is very significant.
