动脉粥样硬化是一种常见的心血管疾病,是全球范围内的主要死因之一,对公共卫生构成严重威胁.目前主流以控制基础疾病、稳定斑块,以及抗血小板聚集为主要治疗手段,然而只能延缓进程或降低发生率,且长期服用存在肝损伤及出血等风险."四维升降"论中提出人之有生,先有中气,后有四维;中气如轴,四维如轮;人身中气旋转,则"四维升降".轴运轮行即是中气运旋使四维气机升降,木气升发,火气煊通,金气敛降,肾水封藏,和于天地四时二十四节气,一日之中,一时之中气机循环圆运,生生不息.王靖教授基于以上理论着眼于"血浊"的形成与转化,从而提出中医在动脉粥样硬化防治中的临证思路,并附1则案例以供讨论.
Summary of Professor Wang Jing's experience in the treatment of atherosclerosis based on the theory of"four-dimensional lifting"
Atherosclerosis is a common cardiovascular disease that is one of the leading causes of death worldwide and poses a serious threat to public health.At present,the main treatment methods are to control the underlying disease,stabilize plaque,and anti-platelet aggregation,but it can only delay the progression or reduce the incidence,and there are risks such as liver damage and bleeding when taken for a long time.In the the-ory of"four-dimensional lifting",it is proposed that human beings have life,first have the middle qi,and then have the four dimensions;the medi-um gas is like a shaft,and the four dimensions are like a wheel;if the qi in the human body rotates,it will rise and fall in four dimensions.The axis movement wheel is the middle qi whirlwind that makes the four-dimensional qi machine rise and fall,the wood gas rises,the fire gas is boiled through,the gold gas is reduced,the kidney water is sealed,and the four hours and twenty-four solar terms of heaven and earth,in one day,one time in the air machine circulates round and round,and it is endless.Based on the above theory,Professor Wang Jing focused on the formation and transformation of"blood turbidity",and put forward the clinical idea of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of atheroscle-rosis,and attached a case for discussion.
