护士标准化病人在急诊科护士心血管重症患者急救能力培训中的应用

目的 探讨护士标准化病人在急诊科护士心血管重症患者急救能力培训中的应用效果.方法 选择2021年8月至2022年7月解放军空军军医大学第一附属医院急诊科工作1~3年规范化培训轮转护士 36名,根据参加培训模式不同分为观察组18名、对照组18名.对照组采用常规培训方法,观察组联合应用护士标准化病人互动培训法.培训1年后,比较两组护士心血管重症急救理论知识、急救操作技能、教学方法认可度.结果 培训后,两组急救理论知识中的心肌梗死并发症观察、电复律、电除颤、心肺复苏评分高于培训前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).培训后,两组急救操作技能中的心肺复苏、心肌梗死并发症观察、电复律、电除颤评分高于培训前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).培训后,观察组激发学习兴趣、提高临床思维能力、提高护患沟通能力、培养协作精神评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 护士标准化病人互动教学法有助于提高急诊科护士对心血管重症的学习兴趣,培养临床思维能力、沟通能力与协作精神,提高急诊科护士心血管重症急救护理水平.
Application of nurse as standardized patients in emergency department nurses'first-aid ability training for patients with cardiovascular severe diseases
Objective To explore the effect of nurse as standardized patients in emergency department nurses'first-aid ability training for patients with cardiovascular severe disease.Methods A total of 36 nurses who had worked in the Department of Emergency,the First Affiliated Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Force Medical University for one to three years of standardized training rotation from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected,and they were divided into 18 nurses in the observation group and 18 nurses in the control group according to different training modes.The control group received routine training,and the observation group received nurse as standardized patient interaction training.After one year of training,the two groups of nurses were compared in terms of their first-aid theoretical knowledge,first-aid skills,and acceptance of teaching methods of cardiovascular severe disease.Results After the training,the scores of myocardial infarction complications observation,electrical car-dioversion,electrical defibrillation,and cardiopulmonary resuscitation of first-aid theoretical knowledge in the two groups were higher than before the training,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,myocardial infarction complications observation,electrical cardioversion,and electrical defibrillation of first-aid skills in the two groups were higher than before the training,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the scores of stimulating learning interest,improving clinical thinking ability,improving nurse-patient communication ability,and cultivating cooperative spirit in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse as standardized patient in-teraction teaching method is helpful to improve the nurses'interest in learning cardiovascular severe diseases,cultivate their clinical thinking abili-ty,communication ability and cooperative spirit,and improve the emergency nursing level of emergency nurses in cardiovascular severe diseases.
