Impaction of narrative nursing combined evidence-based nursing on stig-ma in Parkinson disease patients
Objective To analyze the effect of narrative nursing combined evidence-based nursing on stigma in Parkinson disease patients.Meth-ods A total of 120 patients with Parkinson disease with stigma admitted to Wenzhou Central Hospital,Zhejiang Province from October 2021 to De-cember 2022 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given evidence-based nursing mode,and the observation group was given narrative nursing combined with ev-idence-based nursing mode.Chronic disease stigma scale scores,social impact scale scores,Hamilton depression scale scores,and Parkinson dis-ease quality of life scale-32 scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of internal stigma and external stigma in two groups were lower than before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the total score of social impact scale,social exclusion,economic discrimination,intrinsic stigma,and social isolation scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Hamilton depression scale and Parkinson disease quality of life scale-32 in two groups were lower than before intervention,and those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with Parkinson disease accompanied by shame,providing narrative nursing combined with evidence-based nursing can significantly reduce the shame score of patients,improve their depression status to a certain extent,and thus improve their quality of life.
