Application effect of acute stress injury risk prevention and control nurs-ing in patients undergoing radical lung cancer surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of acute stress injury risk prevention and control nursing in patients undergoing radical of lung cancer surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer from January 2022 to January 2023 in the Affili-ated Huaian NO.1 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected as the study objects,and according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine opera-tion nursing measures,and the observation group was treated with intraoperative acute stress injury risk prevention and control nursing.The changes of operative indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the operation,the airway pressure,mean pulse pressure,heart rate,body temperature,lactic acid and blood oxygen saturation of two groups were higher than those immediately before surgery,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the total complication rate of obser-vation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the face of patients un-dergoing radical surgery for lung cancer,acute stress injury risk prevention and control nursing is needed,which can effectively improve the surgical indicators of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the prognosis effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion and adoption.
