摘要
长链非编码RNAs(lncRNA)是一类长度超过200个核苷酸的非编码转录本.LncRNA在癌症的发生和发展中起着重要的调控作用.肿瘤蛋白P73反义RNA1(TP73-AS1)是一种新型lncRNA,在食管癌、肝癌、胃癌及结直肠癌等消化系统恶性肿瘤中异常表达,并与肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切,影响患者的生存和预后.本文通过阐述TP73-AS1在消化道恶性肿瘤中的作用机制及临床意义,为今后的基础和临床研究提供参考.
Abstract
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)are a class of non-coding transcripts that are more than 200 nucleotides long.lncRNA play an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of cancer.Tumor protein P73 antisense RNA1(TP73-AS1)is a novel lncRNA,which is abnormally expressed in digestive system malignant tumors such as esophageal cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,and colorectal cancer,and is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors,affecting the survival and prognosis of patients.This paper elucidates the mechanism and clinical significance of TP73-AS1 in gastrointestinal malignant tumors,and provides reference for future basic and clinical research.
