Research progress of risk factors for perioperative blood transfusion in patients undergoing primary total hip arthroplasty
Perioperative blood transfusion is very common in total hip arthroplasty,it is influenced by a variety of preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative factors.Allogeneic blood transfusion has been shown to be associated with a variety of adverse outcomes,although clinicians have in-creased their awareness of perioperative blood management in total hip arthroplasty,transfusion rates remain high.In recent years,with increasing research,more and more risk factors for perioperative blood transfusion have been clarified,making early prevention and intervention possible.This article summarizes risk factors for perioperative blood transfusion in patients undergoing primary total hip arthroplasty,aims to provide ideas and assistance for clinicians in optimizing perioperative blood management undergoing primary total hip arthroplasty,and improve prognosis of patients.
