摘要
目的 分析妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者的血糖管理行为状况及影响因素.方法 采用分层随机抽样法,抽取2022年2月至2023年4月于安徽省第二人民医院收治的300例GDM患者为研究对象.调查并分析患者血糖管理行为状况及影响因素.结果 血糖管理行为评分与血糖管理知识、保护动机评分呈正相关(r=0.115、0.117,P＜0.05),血糖管理知识评分与血糖管理保护动机评分呈正相关(r=0.205,P＜0.05).不同GDM病史、受孕方式、孕龄、GDM确诊时间和就诊医院等级患者血糖管理行为评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).就诊医院等级、血糖管理知识评分和血糖管理保护动机评分是GDM患者血糖管理行为的独立影响因素(P＜0.05),回归方程为Y=42.773-0.543 ×就诊医院等级+0.182 ×血糖管理知识评分+0.321 ×血糖管理保护动机评分.结论 GDM患者血糖管理行为普遍较高,通过提高医疗资源和教育支持,有助于提高患者血糖管理行为.
Abstract
Objective To analyze blood glucose management behavior status of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and its influenceing factors.Methods A total of 300 patients with GDM admitted to Anhui Second People's Hospital from February 2022 to April 2023 were selected as study objects by using stratified random sampling.Blood glucose management behavior of patients and its influencing factors were investigated and analyzed.Results Blood glucose management behavior score was positively correlated with blood glucose management knowledge and protec-tion motivation score(r=0.115,0.117,P＜0.05),and blood glucose management knowledge score was positively correlated with blood glucose manage-ment protection motivation score(r=0.205,P＜0.05).There were statistically significant differences in blood glucose management behavior scores a-mong patients with different GDM history,conception method,gestational age,diagnosis time of GDM and hospital grade(P＜0.05).Hospital grade,blood glucose management knowledge score and blood glucose management motivation score were independent influencing factors of blood glucose management behavior in patients with GDM(P＜0.05),and the regression equation was Y=42.773-0.543 × hospital grade+0.182 × blood glucose management knowledge score+0.321 × blood glucose management motivation score.Conclusion Blood glucose management behavior is generally higher in patients with GDM,and improving medical resources and educational support,can help improve blood glucose management behavior of pa-tients.
