摘要
以就业为导向加强高等中医院校学生综合素质培养是高等教育的本质,也是中医药人才培养的核心要求.近年来,由于受疫情因素、家庭方面、学校方面、社会方面等影响,以就业为导向的中医院校学生综合素质培养过程中存在职业规划课程单一、课程理论脱离实践、学生面试表达能力弱和用人单位过度重视学历等问题.需增强教师综合素质教育的意识和自觉、优化中医院校综合素质的培养方式、科学设立人文素养方面的课程体系及加强中医院校的校园文化建设,以此完善中医院校学生培养和就业促进机制,进一步加强中医院校学生的综合素质提升.
Abstract
Employment-oriented strengthening of comprehensive quality cultivation of students in higher traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities is essence of higher education,and core requirement for cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine talents.In recent years,due to impact of epidemic factors,family,school and society,there are problems in comprehensive quality training process of employment-oriented stu-dents in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,such as single curriculum of career planning,theory of curriculum divorced from practice,weak interview skills of students,and excessive emphasis on academic qualifications by employers.It is necessary to enhance awareness and consciousness of comprehensive quality education for teachers,optimize training methods for comprehensive quality in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,scientifically establish a curriculum system in humanistic literacy,and strengthen campus culture construction in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,so as to improve student training and employment promotion mechanism in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,and further enhance comprehensive quality of students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
