Role of platelet aggregation function detection in individualized treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke
Objective To discuss the role of platelet aggregation function detection in individualized treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 360 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Linyi Third People's Hospital of Shandong Province from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 180 patients in each group.The control group was given individualized treatment,and the experimental group was given platelet aggregation function detection during individu-alized treatment,and treatment plan was adjusted according to detection results,treatment lasted for seven days.Platelet aggregation rate,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and Barthel index scores between two groups before and after treatment were compared.Treatment effect and complications were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,platelet aggregation rate and NIHSS scores of two groups were lower than before treatment,and Barthel index scores of two groups were higher than before treatment,and platelet aggregation rate and NIHSS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,Barthel index scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the con-trol group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and total incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In individualized treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients,application effect of platelet aggregation function detection is significant,which is conducive to optimizing treatment plan,reducing platelet aggregation rate,alleviating degree of neurological im-pairment,and enhancing ability of daily life.
