集约化无缝式闭环管理在多重耐药菌感染患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨集约化无缝式闭环管理在多重耐药菌感染患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年4月至2023年10月温州医科大学附属第五医院丽水市中心医院感染科(A、B病区)收治的96例多重耐药菌感染患者,采用前瞻性对照试验方法,将B病区41例患者及12名护理人员作为对照组,A病区55例患者及12名护理人员作为观察组.对照组给予常规干预控制,观察组给予集约化无缝式闭环管理干预.比较两组患者细菌清除情况、护理满意度及护理人员预防及控制措施落实情况.结果 观察组细菌清除效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理态度、护理过程、护理结果和专业技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组预防及控制措施各条落实率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 集约化无缝式闭环管理可加强感染防控措施落实执行力,降低多重耐药菌感染患者再感染风险,提高患者护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster seamless closed-loop management in patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria infection.Methods A total of 96 patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria infection admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University Lishui Central Hospital from April 2020 to October 2023 were selected.A prospective controlled trial method was used,41 patients and 12 nurses in Ward B were selected as control group,and 55 patients and 12 nurses in Ward A were selected as observation group.Control group was given routine intervention control,and observation group was given cluster seamless closed-loop management intervention.Bacterial clearance,nursing satisfaction of patients,and prevention and control measures of nurses between two groups were compared.Results Bacterial clearance ef-fect of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Nursing attitude,nursing pro-cess,nursing outcome and professional skill scores of observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Implementation rate of prevention and control measures in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cluster seamless closed-loop management can strengthen implementation of infection pre-vention and control measures,reduce risk of reinfection in patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria infection,and improve care satisfaction of pa-tients.
