Discussion on the standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine students based on traditional Chinese medicine culture and traditional Chinese medicine classics
Standardized training is an essential stage for medical students to become qualified clinical doctors.After completing their education at medical schools,students are required to undergo three years of standardized training,during which they participate in medical activities in a marginalized capacity.Due to the unique nature of training and development for traditional Chinese medicine professionals,traditional Chinese medicine standardized training students not only need to study clinical diagnosis and treatment,but also need to delve into traditional Chinese medicine classics and culture,inherit Chinese medicine culture,enhance national self-confidence,and always regard Chinese medicine classics as the source of living water,and activate clinical classics with classics.Considering the special approach to cultivate traditional Chinese medicine standardized training students,the author presents five proposals.First,should understand the source of Chinese culture and enhance national self-confidence.Second,need to go deep into traditional Chinese medicine classics and develop traditional Chinese medicine thinking.Third,need to organically combine the treatment of non-disease with traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice.Fourth,need to carry out scientific research based on traditional Chinese medicine classics and solve clinical problems.Fifth,encourage standardized training students to follow the principle of"treatment in accordance with three types of disease causes",according to their personal interests and different stages,learn from clinical teachers,learn and inherit the ideas of different academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine.
