Application effect of phased personalized health education in patients with cervical cancer after surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of phased personalized health education in patients with cervical cancer after surgery. Methods Eighty-two cervical cancer patients from Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from January 2021 to Jan-uary 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group applied conventional health promotion nursing, and the observation group was given phased personalized health education on the basis of the control group. Both groups were observed for 15 days. The changes of the general self-efficiency scale(GSES),the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),and the Kolaba general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups, and the bladder urination function, bladder storage function, and postoperative complications of the two groups were measured. Results Before the intervention,GSES,ESCA,and GCQ scores were compared between the two groups, and the dif-ferences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention, the GSES scores of both groups were higher than before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention, the ESCA scores of both groups were higher than before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention, the GCQ scores of both groups were higher than before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the maximum bladder capacity and bladder compliance of both groups were higher than before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phased personalized health promo-tion nursing for cervical cancer patients can effectively improve patients'self-care ability and self-efficacy scores, strengthen postoperative comfort, improve patients'bladder function recovery, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of reference and promotion in various de-partments.
