Application of family caregiving management model combined with token therapy in the rehabilitation training of schizophrenia patients
Objective To explore the application of family caregiving management model combined with token therapy in the rehabilitation training of schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia hospitalized in the Fuyang Third People's Hospital,Anhui Province from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing and affectionate escort management,and the observation group combined token therapy intervention on the basis of the control group,and the intervention cycle of both groups was three months.The intervention effect was evaluated using the symptom checklist-90(SCL-90),brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),and social dysfunction screening scale(SDSS)were compared between the two groups.Results After three months of intervention,the scores of SCL-90 indicators in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The BPRS scores of both groups were lower than before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SDSS scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of family caregiving management model combined with token therapy can improve the symptoms and mental state of patients with schizophrenia,enhance social func-tion,and accelerate patient recovery progress.
