Effect of pleasure factor reinfusion nursing on patients with schizophrenia treated with high-definition transcranial direct current stimulation
Objective To investigate the effect of pleasure factor reinfusion nursing on patients with schizophrenia treated with high-definition transcranial direct current stimulation(HD-tDCS).Methods A total of 100 patients receiving routine care in the Fourth People's Hospital of Hefei from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 111 patients receiving routine care and pleasure factor reifusion nursing in the hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The assens insomnia scale(AIS),state-trait anxiety inventory(state-anxiety inventory[S-AI],trait-anxiety inventory[T-AI]),social anxiety inventory(SAI),and schizophrenia quality of life scale(SQLS)were compared before and after intervention between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in AIS scores be-tween the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,AIS scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before intervention,there were no signifi-cant differences in S-AI and T-AI scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,S-AI and T-AI scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SAI scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the SAI score of the two groups was higher than before intervention,and that in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in symptoms/adverse reactions,motivation/energy,and psychosocial scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the symptoms/adverse reactions,motivation/energy,and psychosocial scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Pleasure factor reinfusion nursing can improve the quality of sleep,quality of life,and self-knowledge of patients with schizo phrenia,and relieve patients'bad mood.
