Establishment of zero defect management system for hospital logistics un-der the background of socialization
In modern hospital management mode,the level of logistics management directly affects economic and social benefits of hospitals.Lo-gistics socialization has become necessary means of hospital development,and has also entered a reform situation of"separation of management and office".Zero defect management belongs to category of process work quality,which means perfection in work.The socialization background poses new challenges to the logistics management of hospitals.How to achieve zero defect management to reduce costs and increase efficiency for hospi-tals,so as to enhance sense of medical satisfaction and satisfaction of people,is focus of current logistics management.This article outlines require-ments of hospital logistics management under the background of socialization,analyzes shortcomings of hospital logistics management under the background of socialization,summarizes connotation of zero defect management in hospital logistics under the background of socialization,and pro-poses establishment measures of zero defect management system in hospital logistics under the background of socialization,including improve pro-cess of socialized zero defect management in logistics,establish quality standards and norms for socialized zero defect management in logistics,strengthen zero defect management of logistics teams,strictly implement regulatory measures for zero defect management in logistics,and promote intelligence of zero defect management in logistics.
