Analysis of difficulties and countermeasures of non-staff employment man-agement in public hospitals
In recent years,with development of China's healthcare industry and trend of"control staffing"and"remove staffing"in public hospi-tals,non-staff employment model has become an increasingly popular choice for public hospitals.This article summarizes characteristics of current situation of non-staff employment in two public hospitals in Beijing through case studies,analyzes difficulties and problems in management of non-staff,and proposes ideas and suggestions for improving management of non-staff.Analysis of difficulties and countermeasures in management of non-staff employment in public hospitals is of great practical significance for enhancing competence of non-staff,improving efficiency of human resource utilization in public hospitals,and promoting healthy development of China's medical industry.
