摘要
瘢痕疙瘩属于病理性瘢痕的一种,是过度增生的一种表现,不易治愈且复发率较高.瘢痕疙瘩常见于耳垂、前胸部及三角肌区等,会伴随一定的瘙痒和疼痛,同时也会对美观度产生一定的影响.临床治疗一般采用药物治疗、手术治疗、物理治疗和新兴疗法等.本文就瘢痕疙瘩的形成原因及临床治疗情况进行相应的综述以更好地为临床提供相应的参考依据.
Abstract
Keloid scar is a kind of pathological scar and a manifestation of overgrowth,which is not easy to cure and has a high recurrence rate.Keloid scars are commonly found in earlobes,anterior chest,and deltoid muscle area,etc.,which will be accompanied by certain itching and pain,and will also have certain impact on the aesthetic appearance.Clinical treatments generally use medication,surgery,physical therapy,and emerging therapies and so on.In this paper,the causes formation and clinical treatment of keloid scar are summarized in order to provide a better clinical ref-erence basis.
