童趣化沟通对雾化吸入治疗学龄前支气管炎患儿不良情绪、配合程度及家属满意度的影响

目的 探讨童趣化沟通对雾化吸入治疗学龄前支气管炎患儿不良情绪、配合程度及家属满意度的影响.方法 选取2020年8月至2023年12月于安徽省阜阳市肿瘤医院儿科收治的73例支气管炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(36例)和观察组(37例).对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予童趣化沟通.比较两组干预前后患儿不良情绪、配合程度及家属满意度.结果 干预前,两组儿童焦虑障碍自评量表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SCARED、DSRSC评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组配合量表各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组哭闹、拒绝治疗、推打护士、拒绝语言沟通、注意力不集中评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组满意度量表各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组护理方式认可度、护理态度、护理技巧和整体满意度评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 童趣化沟通应用于雾化吸入治疗学龄前支气管炎患儿,可消除患儿不良情绪,提高患儿配合度及家属满意度.
Effect of childlike communication on negative emotions,cooperation level,and family satisfaction of preschool children with bronchitis treated by nebulized inhalation therapy
Objective To explore the effect of childlike communication on negative emotions,cooperation level,and family satisfaction of preschool children with bronchitis treated by nebulized inhalation therapy.Methods A total of 73 children patients with bronchitis admitted to Department of Paediatrics,Fuyang Cancer Hospital of Anhui Province from August 2020 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the control group(36 cases)and the observation group(37 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received childlike communication.Negative emotions,cooperation level,and family satisfaction of two groups were com-pared before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED)and depression self-rating scale for childhood(DSRSC)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of SCARED and DSRSC in both groups were lower than before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in scores of all di-mensions of the matching scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of crying,refusing treatment,pushing nurses,refus-ing verbal communication,and inattention in both groups were lower than before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in each dimension of satisfaction scale score(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of nursing style recognition,nursing attitude,nursing skills,and overall satisfaction in both groups were higher than before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Childlike communication applied in preschool children with bronchitis treated by nebulized inhalation therapy can eliminate their negative emotions,improve their cooperation,and family satisfaction.
