Clinical application value of serum superoxide dismutase, nitric oxide, and endothelin-1 in pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome
Objective Clinical application value of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO),and endothelin-1(ET-1)in pregnancy hypertension disease. Methods One hundred and ten pregnant women who attended the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of China-Japan Friendship Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 and were diagnosed with hypertensive syndrome in pregnancy were selected as the hyperemesis group.According to the grading criteria of hypertension, they were divided into 80 cases in the mild hyperemesis group and 30 cases in the severe hyperemesis group, while 90 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.SOD,NO and routine biochemical and lipid in-dices of the above three groups of mothers were measured by fully automated biochemistry.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect maternal ET-1 levels in the above two groups,SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used to analyze the test results of the subjects, and multivariate lo-gistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of PIH.Results ET-1,total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in PIH group were higher than those in control group, while SOD,NO and HDL were lower than those in control group, the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).SOD and NO levels in mild PIH group and severe PIH group were lower than those in control group, and ET-1 levels were higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Serum SOD and NO levels in severe hypertension group were lower than those in mild PIH group, and ET-1 levels were higher than those in mild PIH group, the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).logistic regression analysis showed that serum SOD,NO,ET-1 and HDL were independent factors influencing the occurrence of PIH.Conclusion SOD,NO and ET-1 have good clinical application value as serological biomarkers of hypertensive diseases in pregnancy.
