Application effect of detailed interventions in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia
Objective To explore the application effect of detail intervention in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia. Methods A total of 96 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Taihe County People's Hospital of Anhui Province from January 2022 to March 2023 were se-lected as the subjects, and they were divided into routine group and intervention group by random number table method, with 48 cases in each group.Routine group received routine nursing intervention during the treatment, intervention group received detailed nursing intervention during the treatment;and the nursing intervention was implemented until the children were discharged from the hospital. The treatment compliance of two groups was compared;the pulmonary function indexes of two groups before and after intervention were compared;and the duration of fever, cough, rales, and the length of hospital stay were compared between two groups. Results The treatment compliance of intervention group was better than that of routine group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF),and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)between two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,FVC,PEF,and FEV1 in both groups were higher than before intervention, and intervention group was higher than routine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of fever, cough, and rales in intervention group was shorter than that in routine group, the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the length of hospital stay between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia, the detailed nursing intervention was actively carried out, which significantly improved the compliance of children in the treatment process, ensured that the treatment work was better carried out,and then improved the clinical treatment and rehabilitation effect of children.
