Study on the applicability of blood transfusion record template in children with blood transfusion
Objective To evaluate the application effect of blood transfusion record template in the clinical transfusion operation of children with blood transfusion.Methods Based on the evidence-based method,a blood transfusion record template was developed for transfusion of children with blood transfusion.Ninety-three children who needed transfusion of platelet and red cell components during their hospitalization in Anhui Children's Hospital from July to December 2022 were selected as the study objects(the same person received multiple transfusions of different components at different times).Among them,67 hospitalized children were transfused with platelets(104 times),and 54 hospitalized children were transfused with red blood cells(72 times),which were transfused according to the established blood transfusion record template.The effect of blood transfusion,the rate of adverse reactions such as excessive load of blood transfusion circulation,the time consuming of nursing records,and the sat-isfaction of nurses was observed.Results Ninety-eight platelet transfusions were effective,6 were ineffective,the effective rate was 94.2％,and 4 were allergic reactions.Red blood cell infusion was effective in 62 cases,ineffective in 10 cases,effective rate was 86.1％,and fever reaction oc-curred in 1 case.There were no other adverse reactions such as excessive blood circulation load.Blood transfusion nursing satisfaction of family members was higher.The time consuming of nursing records was reduced,and nurses'satisfaction was higher.Conclusion The application of blood transfusion record template in transfusion nursing operation can guarantee the quality of transfusion,improve the satisfaction of family members,and effectively improve the efficiency and standardization of nurses'clinical transfusion operation.
