Clinical experience of Director Xiao Jing in treating cervicogenic shoulder and back pain
Cervicogenic shoulder and back pain is clinically common but has a high misdiagnosis rate.Director Xiao Jing believes that the tendon nodes around the cervical and thoracic vertebrae are the key to the diagnosis and treatment of cervicogenic shoulder and back pain.Based on the theory of"muscular clearance"in Huangdi Neijing and meridian medicine, the formation of tendon knots is caused by wind, cold, and dampness attacking between the muscular clearance, resulting in the disappearance of normal space between the muscular clearance, interfering with each other's muscle force, and abnormal local force lines, which leads to pain and impaired mobility.By applying bladed needle h égu stabbing treatment to the tendon nodes, the normal space between the muscular clearance is restored, and at the same time, combined with massage and relaxation techniques and cervical spine rotation and lifting method or expanding the chest wrenching method, the overall force line of the spine is adjusted,so as to improve the patient's pain symptoms and the mobility of the back of the neck. This paper summarizes the clinical experience and therapeutic ideas of Director Xiao Jing in the diagnosis and treatment of cervicogenic shoulder and back pain, and provides a reference for the clinical practice of this disease.
