In view of limitations of current four diagnostic methods of Chinese medicine,which mainly rely on doctors'experience and are unable to know changes of local foci as well as diagnose diseases of modern medicine,Professor Liu Jianfeng creatively put forward theory and method of qi morphology hand diagnosis,which corresponds to localisation and characterisation of modern medicine through specific parts of hand and qi mor-phology,and then combines clinical symptoms of patient with traditional medical evidence for diagnosis and treatment,thus forming"three-dimen-sional dynamic diagnosis and treatment model".Elderly patients with cerebral arteriosclerotic vertigo have complicated underlying diseases that are difficult to heal.For this type of patients,Professor Liu Jianfeng first diagnoses the disease through qi and colour morphology hand diagnosis,and then based on physiological and pathological characteristics of elderly patients'old age and physical decline,internal organs'function of physio-logical and pathological characteristics of disease,and at the same time in process of clinical treatment,real-time observation of changes in charac-teristics of hand,patient's symptoms,signs and symptoms of each other,in order to obtain characteristics of the disease and changes in situation of diagnostic and treatment plan adjusted in a timely manner.This article explores relationship between"three-dimensional dynamic diagnosis and treatment model"and elderly cerebral arteriosclerosis vertigo,exploring its diagnostic and therapeutic advantages,in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
