Application effect of feedforward control theory nursing on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with hepatitis B virus-related cir-rhosis
Objective To explore the application effect of feedforward control theory nursing on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with hepatitis B virus-related cirrhosis.Methods A total of 110 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis-related cirrhosis from February 2022 to October 2023 in Nantong Third Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University were selected as the study objects,according to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received feedforward control theory nursing.After two months of intervention,the compliance behavior,psychological status score,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of compliance behavior in both groups were higher than before inter-vention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);after intervention,the scores of symptom checklist 90 in the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),after intervention,the scores of liver disease quality of life questionnaire in two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis receive feedforward control theory nursing,improve compliance behavior,improve the psychological status of patients at the same time,the quality of life of patients have improved,the prognosis is better,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
