Difficulties and countermeasures in training of editors of comprehensive journal of medicine and health
Different journals have different requirements for professional quality of editors because of their specific requirements on rank,type,business direction and layout design.Medical and health journals mainly receive and publish professional academic articles in medical and health industry.They not only require editors to be familiar with editing workflow,requirements,laws and regulations,must also have medical and health professional knowledge,in order to really firmly edit and examine the quality of narrow,to ensure journal of academic rigour and professional au-thority.This paper summarizes characteristics and importance of medical and health periodicals,analyzes quality requirements of medical and health periodicals editors and main difficulties in the training of editors,discusses and puts forward some relevant training strategies.It is expected that this study can provide useful reference for the construction of medical journals and promote high-quality development of medical journals in China.
