温阳通络类方治疗阳虚寒凝、络脉瘀阻型糖尿病周围神经病变的研究进展

摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症,目前西药治疗该病的效果及安全性无法得到保证,随着临床对中医的重视及各类中药汤剂的应用,中药辨证治疗在DPN的治疗中逐渐被应用.阳虚寒凝、脉络瘀阻型是DPN多见之证型.温阳通络类方是一类具有温阳益气、活血通络功效的中医治疗方剂.临床研究证实,温阳通络类方具有抗炎、抗氧化应激、改善微循环等作用,与阳虚寒凝、络脉瘀阻型DPN的治则相吻合.近年来,随着各医家对温阳通络类方的深入研究,证实其在治疗DPN方面具有较好的临床价值,可通过改善患者神经传导功能、降低血液黏稠度、改善糖代谢等达到控制病情进展的目的.对此,本文就温阳通络类方在阳虚寒凝、络脉瘀阻型DPN治疗中的应用情况进行综述.
Abstract
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is a common chronic complication of diabetes mellitus.At present,the efficacy and safety of western medicine in the treatment of this disease can not be guaranteed.With the clinical attention to traditional Chinese medicine and the applica-tion of various traditional Chinese medicine decoctions,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment is also gradually applied in the treatment of DPN.Yang deficiency cold coagulation and collateral stasis type is common syndrome type of DPN.Wenyang tongluo recipe is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine treatment prescription with the effect of warming yang and benefiting qi,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals.Clinical studies have confirmed that wenyang tongluo recipe has anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress,improving microcir-culation,and other effects,which is consistent with the treatment principle of DPN with yang deficiency cold coagulation and collateral stasis type.In recent years,with the in-depth study of wenyang tongluo recipe by doctors,it has been proved that it has good clinical value in the treatment of DPN.It can control the progress of the disease by improving the nerve conduction function,reducing blood viscosity,and improving glucose metabolism.In this regard,this article reviews the application of wenyang tongluo recipe in the treatment of DPN with yang deficiency cold coagula-tion and collateral stasis type.
