基于知识图谱的温经汤相关研究可视化分析

目的 探讨基于知识图谱的温经汤相关研究的可视化分析.方法 收集2000年1月至2023年12月中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台和中国生物医学文献数据库收录的温经汤相关文献,使用NoteExpress软件进行合并去重,后导入CiteSpace 6.1.R3软件进行文献计量学分析,绘制知识图谱,分析发文量、作者、机构和关键词.结果 最终纳入文献788篇.发文量整体呈上升趋势,有3年增长迅猛;发文量最高的作者是河北中医学院的杜惠兰;主要研究机构为天津中医药大学和山东中医药大学,各机构间合作不密切;关键词主要集中于治疗病种、应用形式、化学成分3个方面.结论 温经汤在妇科和皮肤科领域研究广泛,其中月经病和不孕症是研究热点.皮肤病的严格疗效评价和基础研究、难治性疾病的拓展、外治法的机制研究应在未来多加关注.
Visual analysis of related studies on Wenjing Decoction based on knowledge graph
Objective To explore visual analysis of related studies on Wenjing Decoction based on knowledge graph.Methods Literatures related to Wenjing Decoction in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and Chinese Biomedical Database from January 2000 to December 2023 were collected and merged and deduplicated by using NoteExpress software.Literature was imported into CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software for bibliometric analysis.Knowledge graph was drawn.Number of publications,authors,institutions,and keywords were analyzed.Results A total of 788 articles were ultimately included in literature.Overall number of publications was on rise,with rapid growth in past three years.Author with highest number of publications was Du Huilan from Hebei University of Chinese Medicine.Main research institutions were Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and cooperation between these institutions was not close.Keywords mainly focused on three aspects:treatment of diseases,application forms,and chemical components.Conclusion Wenjing Decoction is widely studied in fields of gynecology and dermatology,menstrual disorders and infertility are research hotspots.Strict efficacy evaluation and basic research of skin diseases,expansion of refractory diseases,and mechanism research of external treatment should be given more attention in the future.
