The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we must"promote the construction of a healthy China"and"prioritize the strategic position of ensuring the health of the people".Graduate students from medical research institutes are an important force in the implementation of the healthy China strategy,and their professional knowledge and research abilities will provide strong support for promoting the improvement of the overall health level of the people.In the process of graduate education,ideological and political education runs through it and occupies a crucial position.Therefore,strengthening the ideological and political work of graduate students in medical research institutes has important practical significance.Based on a survey of the ideological and political work of graduate students in medical research institutes,this article summarizes the difficulties and challenges faced in the ideological,and political education work of graduate students in medical research institutes.Combining with the actual situation of graduate education in medical research institutes,it proposes thoughts and countermeasures to strengthen the ideological,and political education work of graduate students in medical research institutes.
