摘要

阿尔茨海默病是一种起病隐匿、进行性发展的中枢神经系统退行性疾病.因其病因病机繁杂多变,历代诸多医家对此均有不同见解.崔应麟教授从事神经内科疾病研究多年,基于新安医学"固本培元"思想,认为"虚、痰、瘀"是其主要病理因素,提出"元气虚损为其根,元精虚损是病源,痰瘀阻络为其标"的病机观点,并拟"培元通窍法"治疗阿尔茨海默病,临床效果显著,应用中可根据患者病程及证候变化随证加减.

Abstract

Alzheimer's disease is a degenerative disease of central nervous system with insidious onset and progressive progression.Due to its complex and varied etiology and pathogenesis,many medical experts throughout history have different opinions on this matter.Professor Cui Yinglin has been engaged in research of neurological diseases for many years.Based on the idea of"strengthening foundation and cultivating essence"in Xin'an medicine,professor Cui Yinglin believes that"deficiency,phlegm,and blood stasis"are main pathological factors,proposes pathogenesis viewpoint of"deficiency of vital energy is root,deficiency of vital essence is source of disease,and phlegm and blood stasis obstructing meridians are symptoms",and propose"peiyuan tongqiao method"to treat Alzheimer's disease.Clinical effect is significant,and it can be adjusted according to patient's disease course and syndrome changes during application.
