Improving level of information management in scientific research material procurement is an important measure to improve efficiency of scientific research fund utilization,standardize procurement process of scientific research materials and reduce risk of integrity.Against background of"streamlining administration and delegating power"in scientific research funding,a tertiary hospital in Beijing analyzes procurement management needs and industry management models of scientific research materials,and combined with situation of hospital,built a one-stop scientific research material procurement platform that integrates inquiry,procurement,approval and management.After platform is launched,procurement process for scientific research materials is simplified,procurement is efficient and traceable throughout entire process,and level of scientific research procurement management is improved.This article elaborates on development application and effectiveness of platform,in order to provide practical experience for management of scientific research materials in medical institutions.
