Research on the construction of evaluation index system for wet treatment of pharyngeal fistula wounds
Objective To construct an evaluation index system for wet treatment of pharyngeal fistula wounds.Methods Based on the theoretical framework of the concept of holistic nursing,relevant literatures of PubMed,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases from their establishment to January 2023 were searched.After discussion by the expert group,a preliminary evaluation index system library for wet treatment of pharyngeal fistula wounds was developed,and an expert inquiry form was designed.From April to June 2023,a purposive sampling method was used to invite 25 experts from 15 tertiary grade A hospitals in 12 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in Northeast,North,East,South,Central and Southwest China as the objects of inquiry.The expert's positivity coefficient,authority coefficient and coordination coefficient were calculated based on inquiry results,and finally the indicator system was determined through expert discussion.Weight coefficients of indicators at all levels were determined and logical consistency of indicators at all levels were tested by using analytic hierarchy process.Results Effective response rate of expert inquiry questionnaire was 100.0%,expert enthusiasm coefficient was 100.0%,expert familiarity coefficient was 0.912,expert judgment coefficient was 0.960,expert authority coefficient was 0.936,and expert Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.392(P<0.001).Indicator system consists of three primary indicators,six secondary indicators and 28 tertiary indicators were finally established.Weights of primary indicators were 0.702 9(physiological factors),0.114 9(psychological factors)and 0.182 2(social factors),respectively.Consistency test coefficients of indicators at each level were less than 0.100.Conclusion Preliminary constructed evaluation index system for wet treatment of pharyngeal fistula wounds has high authority and scientificity,and can be used as an effective tool for wound therapists to evaluate pharyngeal fistula wounds.Applicability and application effect of index system still need further verification.
