Effect of phased rehabilitation training under theory of interactive compliance on walking function, negative emotions and compliance in patients with cerebral infarction
Objective To investigate the effect of phased rehabilitation training under theory of interactive compliance on walking function, negative emotions and compliance in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 110 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Department of Neurology in Affiliated Nanhua Hospital,University of South China from August 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by using a random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and rehabilitation training, while the observation group received phased rehabilitation training under interactive compliance theory on the basis of the control group.Timed up and go test(TUGT),functional ambyiation category scale(FAC)score, negative emotions and rehabilitation training compliance before and after intervention between the two groups were compared. Results After intervention,TUGT of the two groups were shorter than before intervention,FAC scores of the two groups were higher than before intervention,TUGT of the observation group was shorter than the control group, and FAC score of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups were lower than before intervention, and those scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compliance of rehabilitation training in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phased rehabilitation training under theory of interactive compliance can improve walking function, reduce negative emotions and enhance rehabilitation training compliance in patients with cerebral infarction.
