Analysis of medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diabetes with dyslipidemia based on data mining
Objective To analyze the prescription characteristics of professor Liang Xiaochun in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with dyslipidemia,and to inherit Professor Liang Xiaochun's academic idea of clinical treatment of diabetes with dyslipidemia.Methods The retrospective real world study research method was used to collect the clinical information of Professor Liang Xiaochun on the treatment of patients complicated with dyslipidemia treated in the outpatient Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 was collected,and the database was constructed and recorded into the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.5).Association rules,cluster analysis and other methods were used to analyze the frequency of medication,the normalization of sex and taste,and the combination of commonly used drugs,and the treatment rules and medication rules of Professor Liang Xiaochun in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with dyslipidemia were summarized.Results A total of 559 prescriptions for Professor Liang Xiaochun's treatment of diabetes complicated with dyslipidemia were sorted out,including 249 traditional Chinese medicines.The most frequently used drugs were Mori Cortex,Commelinaeherba,Puerariae Lobatae Radix,Salviae Miltior-rhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Ligustri Lucidi Fructus,Nelumbinis Folium and so on.The core drug combinations were Puerariae Lobatae Radix-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Mori Cortex-Puerariae Lobatae Radix,Mori Cortex-Commelinaeherba,Mori Cortex-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Puerariae Lobatae Radix-Astragali Radix and so on.The cluster analysis showed that the four core prescriptions were Mori Cortex-Commelinaeherba-Nelumbinis Folium-Ligustri Lucidi Fructus-Puerariae Lobatae Radix-Curcumae Longae Rhizoma,Commelinaeherba-Mori Cortex-Puerariae Lobatae Radix-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma-Ligustri Lucidi Fructus-Astragali Radix,Mori Corte-Commelinaeherba-Puerariae Lobatae Radix-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma-Nelumbinis Folium-Astragali Radix,Mori Cortex-Commelinaeherba-Astragali Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Puerariae LobataE Radix-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma.Conclusion Professor Liang Xiaochun's treatment of diabetes complicated with dyslipidemia is based on the principle of supplementing qi and yin,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and removing dampness and turbidity.His medication experience reflects the academic idea of strengthening the spleen,tonifying the kidney to treat the root,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,removing dampness and turbidity to treat the target.
