摘要
白细胞介素(IL)-17主要源自辅助性T细胞17,IL-17家族包含6个成员,分别是IL-17A、IL-17B、IL-17C、IL-17D、IL-17E和IL-17F.IL-17作为重要的促炎症细胞因子,在机体内的广泛表达同时受IL-17受体调节.IL-17受体在多种自身免疫性疾病的发病机制中发挥关键作用,特别是与IL-17特异性结合后.本文旨在综述IL-17细胞因子家族及其受体、IL-17介导的信号通路及IL-17在多种自身免疫性疾病中的相关研究进展,深入探讨有助于更全面、深刻地理解IL-17在免疫调节中的作用.回顾目前的研究可更好地把握IL-17在自身免疫性疾病中的重要性,并为未来相关领域的研究提供有益的启示.
Abstract
Interleukin(IL)-17 is mainly derived from helper T cell 17.IL-17 family contains six members,namely IL-17A,IL-17B,IL-17C,IL-17D,IL-17E,and IL-17F.As an important proinflammatory cytokine,IL-17 is widely expressed in the body and is regulated by IL-17 receptor.IL-17 receptor plays a key role in the pathogenesis of a variety of autoimmune diseases,especially after specific binding to IL-17.This article reviews IL-17 cytokine family and its receptors,IL-17-mediated signaling pathways,and research progress of IL-17 in various autoimmune diseases.Further exploration helps to gain a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the role of IL-17 in immune regulation.Reviewing current research can better grasp the importance of IL-17 in autoimmune diseases and provide useful insights for future research in related fields.
