高级别宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的相关治疗进展

摘要
宫颈鳞状上皮内病变是宫颈癌的前期病变,其诊断和治疗一直是医学研究的重要课题.目前针对高级别宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的治疗策略主要包括保守治疗和手术治疗,其中手术治疗在临床被广泛应用,但因育龄期女性担忧有创手术治疗的并发症,对保守治疗的研究仍在继续.本文综述近年来高级别宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的主要治疗方法(如药物治疗、消融治疗和手术治疗)、术后随访策略及预防性疫苗的接种.
Abstract
Ccervical squamous intraepithelial lesion is early-stage lesions of cervical cancer,and its diagnosis and treatment have always been an important topic in medical research.At present,the treatment strategies for high-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion mainly include conservative treatment and surgical treatment.Surgical treatment is widely used in clinical practice,but research on conservative treatment continues due to concerns among women of childbearing age about the complications of invasive surgical treatment.This article reviews the main treatment methods(such as drug therapy,ablation therapy and surgical treatment),postoperative follow-up strategies and prophylactic vaccine administration for high-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion in recent years.
