Application progress of BOPPPS teaching mode in clinical medical education
BOPPPS teaching is a teaching mode of two-way knowledge transmission,emphasis on student-centeredness and all-round participation of students in the teaching and learning process.Teacher's role shifts to that of facilitator,collaborator,known for effective teaching.The BOPPPS teaching mode has been used in all phases of clinical medical education,especially in the clinical internship stage,it has shown a better application effect,which is conducive to the improvement of interns'theoretical knowledge level,independent learning ability,clinical thinking ability,doctor-patient communication ability,clinical operation skills,and the satisfaction of clinical teaching.In recent years,the BOPPPS teaching mode,by combining with modem information technology such as microteaching and rain classroom,integrated with teaching methods such as problem-based learning method teaching method,catechism,mind mapping,and other teaching methods,to reach complementary advantages,can enhance studentsyy learning efficiency and improve the quality and effect of clinical medicine teaching.In addition,the application of the BOPPPS teaching mode puts higher demands on the lead teachers and helps to improve their professional well-being and motivation to teach,as well as to enhance the relationship between teachers and students.The refinement,application,and promotion of the BOPPPS teaching mode in clinical medical education will help to improve the effectiveness of clinical teaching and enhance the overall quality of teaching.
