Analysis on the practice of building national children's regional medical centers in Beijing Children's Hospital of Capital Medical University
The construction of national regional medical centers is an important carrier for the country to further promote the reform of the new medical service system during the"14th five-year plan"period.This article takes Beijing Children's Hospital,Capital Medical University and the people's governments of Henan Province,Hebei Province,Heilongjiang Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example to jointly build the national children's regional medical centers.Based on CIOM framework model,comprehensive analysis is conducted on the practice of collaborative construction,discussions and evaluations are carried out from the aspects of construction background,practical measures,mechanisms and achievements.It is pointed out that the integration and standardized management of resources in the construction of national regional medical centers urgently need to be strengthened,and the difficulties encountered in the construction process need to be solved through multi-party collaboration,and through the construction practice results,it is confirmed that the effective implementation of the fourth level children's medical and health service system in national regional medical centers is realized and reflected on.Against the backdrop of high-quality development in public hospitals,it provides experience and practical cases for promoting the construction of national regional medical centers.
