Application progress on autonomic nervous indicators in cardiovascular clinical scoring system
The autonomic nervous system is an important part of the human body and plays an important role in pathological changes in cardiovascular diseases.Autonomic nervous indicators are widely used in clinical applications and clinical trials of cardiovascular diseases through electrocardiogram(heart rate variability and heart rate deceleration)examination, measurement of autonomic neurotransmitters, neurophysiological examination, and skin electric data.Imbalance of autonomic nervous function can lead to various cardiovascular diseases such as sudden cardiac death, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, and heart failure, and worsen the disease progression.Integrating autonomic nervous indicators into clinical scoring system can help optimize the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and improve the diagnostic efficacy rate. This article reviews meanings and detection methods of different autonomic nervous indicators, and introduces the important role and significance of these indicators in different types of cardiovascular disease scoring systems.
