穴位痛觉敏化现象在常见骨科疾病中的研究进展

摘要
穴位痛觉敏化是指在疾病状态下,人体脏腑经络气血失和、阴阳失衡,导致体表相关腧穴出现功能强弱和范围大小的改变,表现为痛觉敏化的现象.研究表明,在常见骨科疾病的治疗中,针刺敏化穴位的治疗效果比非敏化穴位好,深入探讨穴位痛觉敏化现象可为骨科疾病的治疗和研究提供新的思路和方法.本文总结近年来关于穴位痛觉敏化对常见骨科疾病治疗的研究,分析穴位痛觉敏化机制,开发针对性的治疗方法,以帮助患者减轻疼痛、恢复健康.因此,对穴位痛觉敏化现象进行深入研究,对改善骨科疾病患者的生活质量和治疗效果具有重要意义.
Abstract
Acupoint pain sensitization refers to the phenomenon of pain sensitization in human organs,meridians,qi and blood,yin and yang imbalance in human viscera and meridians,resulting in changes in functional strength and scope of the relevant acupoints on the body surface,which is manifested as pain sensitization.Studies have shown that in the treatment of common orthopedic diseases,therapeutic effect of acupuncture sensitized acupuncture points is better than that of non-sensitized acupoints,and in-depth discussion of the phenomenon of pain sensitization of acupuncture points can provide new ideas and methods for treatment and research of orthopedic diseases.This article summarizes recent research on treatment of common orthopedic diseases by acupoint pain sensitization,and analyzes mechanism of acupoint pain sensitization,so as to develop targeted treatments to help patients reduce pain and restore health.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct in-depth research on the phenomenon of pain sensitization at acupuncture points to improve the quality of life and treatment effect of patients with orthopedic diseases.
