Study on Fuling Zexie Decoction in the treatment of heart disease based on ascending and descending balance theory
Fuling Zexie Decoction comes from Jingui Yaioliie of Zhang Zhongjing.Its pathogenesis is that the fluid stops in the stomach and the fluid obstructs the qi.Modern doctors often use this prescription to treat heart diseases such as vertigo and palpitation,and the effect is significant.Theory of ascending and descending balance originates from Huangdi Neijing,which is mainly reflected in the movement of the qi.The balance of ascending and descending is combination of yin and yang,while the imbalance of ascending and descending is origin of various diseases.Based on the theory of ascending and descending balance,this article explores application of Fuling Zexie Decoction in the treatment of heart diseases such as vertigo and palpitation,and explores the formula theory,pathogenesis of vertigo and palpitation,theory of ascending and descending balance and clinical application of Fuling Zexie Decoction,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of heart diseases.
